Police Release More Photos Of Suspects In Pizza Pizza Fraud

Toronto police have released additional photos on Thursday of two of the three suspects that are wanted in connection with a Pizza Pizza delivery fraud investigation.

Last month, police said they were looking to identify three men and released photos of the suspects.

Back in July, a number of customers had contacted CityNews saying their debit cards were swapped and stolen while making payments during home deliveries. They allege thousands of dollars were taken from their bank accounts just hours after they ordered Pizza Pizza to their homes.

Police said after the pizza orders were placed, they were then intercepted by a group of at least three men who would then deliver the pizzas to the intended customers.

When the victims tried to pay using their debit cards, there would be a problem with the machine. Police said the suspects would then take the machine and the customer’s card back to their car and swap it out for a similar card.

The suspects would then go to a nearby ATM and conduct fraudulent banking transactions.
